DePaul Men's a Cappella at Children's Memorial
February 3, 2009 - DePaul Men’s a Cappella from DePaul University will perform for patients at Children’s Memorial Hospital on Thursday, February 5, at 10:30 a.m. The performance will take place live in the Brown Family Life Center located within the hospital at Lincoln and Halsted and will be broadcast in patient’s rooms via the hospital’s in-house television network, Skylight TV.
DePaul Men’s a Cappella (DMaC) is a 16-member acappella group from DePaul University in Chicago. Founded in 2003, DMaC has performed at large venues such as the Chicago Heart Walk and XFest – an acappella festival held in Champaign, IL. DMaC performs at several on-campus events at DePaul on a regular basis as well as performing at nursing homes and homeless shelters across the Chicago-area.
