Pediatric specialist shortage

One of the great challenges that children's hospitals face is the severe shortage of pediatric specialists nationwide. This is why Children's Memorial Hospital is working with the National Association of Children's Hospitals and Related Institutions (NACHRI) and other children's hospitals across the country to try to influence health reform to create incentives for young doctors to become pediatric specialists.
