In the summer of 2002, the Lincoln Park Community Wide Forum started their second project. A steering
committee developed the new project goal — to connect the Lincoln Park community through a social
service and community service Web-site, www.lincolnparkconnect.com.
Lincolnparkconnect.com connects people with all non-profit organizations
located in Lincoln Park
that provide community services. It features a community calendar, a searchable
database of donated goods accepted by local organizations and a list of all
social services provided in Lincoln
Park.
