Hospital Match: 100% for employee's first 1% of annual pay, 50% match for employee's next 2%, 3%, 4%, and 5% contributions. Maximum 3% matching contribution. 3.5% match for employees with 15 plus years of service. Plan has immediate vesting of employer matching funds. |

Value Growth Pension Plan: Employees who complete 1,000 hours of service in a calendar year receive 5% of pay towards pension. Full vesting occurs after 5 years of service. Full benefits available at age 65 after vesting. |
