- Building partnerships with our communities to facilitate volunteer opportunities both internally and externally.
- Promoting volunteerism throughout the medical center.
- Cultivating and assessing volunteer resources in response to medical center needs.
- Providing staff appropriate volunteer support that is mutually rewarding for both the volunteer and the medical center.
- Empowering volunteers to support and participate in Children's Memorial's advocacy initiatives as community emissaries.
- Creating volunteer programs that provide avenues for career development in health related fields.
