Hospital-based medicine
The Division of Hospital-based medicine is comprised of neonatologists, pediatric hospitalists and intensivists. These physicians provide in-house services at Children's Memorial Hospital as well at eight partner hospitals. Physicians address management of inpatient admissions, provide consults to primary care physicians, emergency room consults, attend high-risk deliveries, help with pediatric procedures, and manage patients in the special care nurseries.
