Partnership with the Chicago Fire Foundation
In early fall 2009, the Chicago Fire Foundation, the charitable arm of the Chicago Fire Major League Soccer Team announced its support of Children's Memorial's Institute for Sports Medicine to provide funding for the Knee Injury Prevention Program (KIPP®).
Since 1998, the Chicago Fire Foundation has made significant contributions to enhance the lives of disadvantaged youth throughout the Chicago area.
Each year, the group renews its commitment to enhance the lives of others by remaining focused on the mission of enriching the quality of life in the Chicago area, particularly of the area's youth, and continuing to support organizations whose programs relate to health and wellness, education and the environment.
