Appointment guidelines
To help us provide the best possible care for your child, please review these guidelines.
Know you are an important part of your child's healthcare team:
-
Your attendance at all visits is critical for your child's success.
-
We need, and value, your input when discussing your child's progress notes, and setting goals for your child.
Please be on time:
-
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
-
Before each visit, you need to check in and present your insurance card.
-
If you are late, please understand that we can only see your child for the remainder of your scheduled appointment hour.
A parent/guardian must be at the first appointment:
-
If your child is unable independently to recall their home exercise program, it is necessary for us to train you at each visit.
-
If you are asked to step out of a treatment session by your child's clinician, please remain in the waiting area until your child's visit is complete.
Need to cancel or reschedule? Please call us at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to other families seeking our care.
