4th Year AuD externship
Children's Memorial Hospital Audiology Department is accepting applications for a 12-month externship scheduled to start in June 2012. Interested 4th year AuD students should print the following application documents and complete as directed.
In addition, please contact Martha Ellsworth, Education Coordinator, at mellsworth@childrensmemorial.org to provide names of two references. Reference forms will be mailed directly to each reference. All application materials need to be received by November 1, 2011.
