Children's MyChart

Heart Failure and Heart Transplant

Watch Watiting for a Heart, a video series featuring 17-year-old heart transplant patient Mackenzie Tannhauser.

Our Heart Center cares for more children with heart failure than any other program in the region. An array of diagnoses, including complex congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathies, genetic etiologies, and cardiac arrhythmias are treated. And through the hospital's Sirgausa Transplantation Center, a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists and cardiovascular-thoracic surgeons, pediatric nurse practitioners, administration and support staff works together to offer highly specialized and innovative care for infants, children and young adults.
