The best snack is one that is healthy, low in calories and tastes good. Here's a list of snacks that contain no more than 150 calories per serving:

  • A piece of fresh fruit
  • Raw veggies with fat free dip
  • 1 bag of fat free microwave popcorn
  • 5 small graham cracker squares
  • 12 animal crackers
  • 8 vanilla wafers
  • 1 slice of low fat cheese or 1 – piece of string cheese
  • 1 frozen fruit juice bar
  • 1 cup of fat free/sugar free yogurt
  • ½ cup of fat free pudding
