Snack ideas
The best snack is one that is healthy, low in calories and tastes good. Here's a list of snacks that contain no more than 150 calories per serving:
- A piece of fresh fruit
- Raw veggies with fat free dip
- 1 bag of fat free microwave popcorn
- 5 small graham cracker squares
- 12 animal crackers
- 8 vanilla wafers
- 1 slice of low fat cheese or 1 – piece of string cheese
- 1 frozen fruit juice bar
- 1 cup of fat free/sugar free yogurt
- ½ cup of fat free pudding
