Children's Memorial Pediatrics - Uptown

Our primary care physician office located at in the Uptown area of Chicago provides comprehensive healthcare to children in the community. Our primary care services include check-ups, back-to-school and sports physicals, immunizations, vision and hearing screening, and care when your child is sick. Care is provided by pediatric staff residents who are supervised by attending physicians from Children's Memorial Hospital.
